Award winning HUD certified nonprofit housing counseling agency seeks professional personal assistant for Executive Director for up to 20 to 30 hours per week as workload dictates. Ideal candidate has good writing and communication skills, is proficient in Excel, Word, Publisher, Power Point, Constant Contact, Evite and bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus. Candidate needs to have a friendly attitude, good work ethics, be a self-starter, need no supervision and work in a fast paced, friendly and professional environment.
We work with hardworking families and individuals who are needing help with homeownership opportunities. We analyze clients for mortgage readiness and eligibility for local, state and federal downpayment assistance programs.
Duties will include, but not be limited to scheduling calendar for ED, help with email, assist ED with outgoing correspondence and proofing grants and being an overall help to overworked ED.
